Froged Materials

Forged wheels are made from a solid piece of aircraft-grade aluminum or Magnesium Alloy Cylinder that is heated and pressed under immense pressure to form the wheel’s shape (Forged Blank). This process aligns the grain structure of the metal, making the wheel much stronger than those made by casting.

Special-supplied blanks provide much greater flexibility in brake clearance, spoke design, and size and width.

Every time a wheel's offset or size is altered, the structure changes, necessitating rigorous testing to ensure durability. Every bespoke spec wheel undergoes Finite Element Analysis to simulate real-world forces to validate the design.
